Meet Ray. The first time he came to Japan was 8 years ago, and he immediately fell in love with Japanese culture, people, and of course Japanese food! Ray is a former traveler, having visited more than twenty countries and ended up living here in Japan. His wife is Japanese so he has deep knowledge of Japanese culture. He is always happy to be the “bridge” that allows our guests to connect with Japanese culture.
