Jacob, originally from Israel, first found himself in Japan back in 2013, traveling throughout all the prefectures of Japan. He found himself returning every year to Japan until he decided to move completely in 2021. Besides traveling around Japan, Jacob also studies design at a famous Japanese fashion college in Shinjuku. Whenever he gets the opportunity to travel to a new prefecture, the first thing he’ll do is try out the local famous dish and write it down, to make the list of the best foods of Japan.
