François is from France, but came to Japan from Germany after transferring within his company 15 years ago. Since then, he has been living and working in Yokohama. When he is not at the office or on a food tour guiding guests, he enjoys outdoor activities like snowboarding, cycling, trail running and also experiments with Japanese home cooking.
