Eduardo is a Mexican who moved to Japan for his Ph.D. in Information Sciences. While he enjoys several hobbies like photography and boxing, he discovered he loves cooking and learning how to cook Japanese food when he started his life in Kyoto. He loves sharing his love for ramen, as well as narrating his funny experiences while living in Japan.
