
Tommy was born in Italy, Florence, but has lived and traveled to many countries, and is now residing in Tokyo. Coming from one of the places with the best food on Earth and being a passionate cook, he has a special affinity for food. He came to Japan in 2015 for a long trip to deepen his knowledge of Shiatsu massage. Interested in spirituality and all of its facets, he loves connecting with souls from all over the world. He firmly believes that the best ingredients to enjoy food are a pinch of fun and a spoon of curiosity.
