José came to Japan in the mid-90s for the first time and started working as a graphic designer. His childhood interest in Japanese design, music, anime, and food helped him immediately feel at home. Even now he continues to explore new places to enjoy food in Tokyo and everywhere he travels in Japan. He enjoys showing international visitors the fantastic places and food that Japan has to offer.
