Ida, originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, first moved to Japan in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the unique culture and rich history of the country. Whilst in Japan she attended language school in Osaka and later moved to Kyoto to attend university. After spending over 6 years in Western Japan, she now sees the country as her second home and is eager to share her love for Japan with visitors from all over the world. She’s been a guide for Arigato Travel since 2019, and now also helps out the HR department with training and hiring. Ida is particularly fond of Japanese fashion, art, and cuisine.
