Diante grew up in Charlotte, NC, USA, and always dreamed of owning his own restaurant. He enjoys cooking and sharing his food with his friends and family. He came to Japan in 2021 and has been inspired by its culinary scene, giving him the idea to try blending American and Japanese flavors in his dishes. Now, he wants to give others the opportunity to fall in love with Japan through its food.
