The VacMaster Vacuum Chamber Pouches are constructed of a heavy duty poly/nylon combination. This durable pouch offers increased puncture and abrasion resistance. VacMaster pouches are transparent, offering clearly visible product for easy identification. The pouches work well in conjunction with any chamber machine, creating a secure vacuum and a tight seal and making it a great asset for Sous Vide cooking. The VacMaster Vacuum Chamber Pouches are high quality and incredibly affordable! *Please note-these bags are only compatible with chamber vacuum sealers. Also, boiling time is a maximum of 20 minutes, however these bags are suitable for Sous Vide cooking (temps <= 180F). For microwave applications it is important to cut a small hole in the pouch to let out steam.
