Masako is a Kyoto native who loves traveling both in Japan and abroad. After growing up in Kyoto, she spent about seven years living in New York. Now based in Tokyo, she enjoys meeting guests from around the world and supporting their journeys in Japan, always hoping they feel relaxed, welcomed, and excited to explore along the way.
