Learn how to make two kinds of gyoza (Japanese dumplings) and two other side dishes in this two hour class!
We will start by making two kinds of gyozas, meat and meat shiso (japanese perilla/basil). We will teach you how to how to make the some yummy filling and teach you the techniques to wrap it in a dough. We will also teach you how to make the most seasonal side dishes varying from Udon salad with yuzu, japanese fried rice (chahan), tamagoyaki, niku (meat shabu), etc.
Making some good miso soup is also part of this course, we will show you how to make this really easy,everyday soup!
Lunch will be served with wagashi (Japanese dessert) and tea
